Shop2Shop: Call Centre – Support Agent

  1. Minimum 3 years call centre experience (in and outbound) working in a support environment.
  2. Answer incoming calls and WhatsApp messages.
  3. Investigate and resolve customer queries.
  4. Ability to use multiple systems to log and resolve queries, therefore must be computer literate.
  5. Excellent listening and communication skills.
  6. Time management is vitally important. We are looking for a person who can prioritise our customers and can resolve queries within a given ETA.
  7. Work weekend shifts as and when required.
  8. Ability to think ‘out of the box’ and solution orientated.
  9. Someone who will represent our company well.
  10. Flexible person who is adaptable to change in a fast pace environment.
  11. You should be energetic, vibrant, and have a positive mindset.
  12. Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
