Shop2Shop: Call Centre – Support Agent
- Minimum 3 years call centre experience (in and outbound) working in a support environment.
- Answer incoming calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries.
- Ability to use multiple systems to log and resolve queries, therefore must be computer literate.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Time management is vitally important. We are looking for a person who can prioritise our customers and can resolve queries within a given ETA.
- Work weekend shifts as and when required.
- Ability to think ‘out of the box’ and solution orientated.
- Someone who will represent our company well.
- Flexible person who is adaptable to change in a fast pace environment.
- You should be energetic, vibrant, and have a positive mindset.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
